This discussion is an attempt to shed some light on these questions with the help of “Theory of Adult Development” proposed by Harvard Psychologist Robert Kegan.

A Phd. in Engineering Management, Dr. Murtaza Mir has more than 26 years of experience in the high-tech sector with vast global exposure. He is a published researcher, a visiting professor in various universities, a short story writer, a ghazal poet, a standup comedian and an avid runner.
